Our delivery charges include packaging, handling and postal costs. Our aim is to get your orders dispatched within 14 days but please allow up to 30 days for delivery of your order. Return of earrings and other jewellery which passes through the skin

For reasons of hygiene and public health, you may not cancel your order for any jewellery which passes through the skin (such as earrings) if we have already dispatched those products to you. This does not affect any statutory rights you might have as a consumer.
