Hugh Rice Jewellers was established in 1971 by Mr Hugh Rice. Always a family business, Hugh Rice Jewellers is now run by Hugh, his brother Michael Rice and his son Paul Rice.

Making an Online Purchase
While browsing this website, select the product you wish to buy then add the product to your shopping cart. This can be done by clicking on 'Add to bag' after hovering over an item using the product filter, or by clicking on 'Add to Basket' on the specific page for that particular item. When you have finished shopping click "Checkout" on the 'Shopping Bag' page and follow the onscreen instructions. We use Sage Pay to complete the transaction and to take your payment details.
Making a Purchase by Telephone
Just browse the site and note the reference numbers of the products you wish to buy. Read the Terms and Conditions of Sale by clicking on the link at the bottom of any page of the website, then call our Customer Services team who will take your order by telephone.
We will ask for a few details before we accept your order. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus and Solo. All transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom using a credit or debit card, your credit/debit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency on your credit/debit card statement. Please note that we only deliver to the UK.
If making an order by telephone, you will be asked by the customer service advisor if you wish for the item to be gift-wrapped for free.
VAT and Other Taxes
All product prices shown on the Hugh Rice website are inclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT at the applicable rate from time to time. You are responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties or other taxes which apply in the country to which the products are delivered.
