How to return a cancelled item
If you have decided to return your product to Hugh Rice, please send your product in the original condition and original packaging with a copy of your invoice to the address below. Please send proof of postage so that we can refund this back to you. Postage for returned exchanges will be refunded at our discretion.

For reasons of hygiene and public health, you may not cancel your order for any jewellery which passes through the skin (such as earrings) if we have already dispatched those products to you. Nothing in this condition is intended to affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
We recommend that you use an insured courier service when returning a product to us.
Until you have returned the product to us, you must keep it in your possession and take reasonable care of it. We will credit the price of the product to your credit/debit card, postage refunds may be paid to you by cheque.
All products bought from us are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. If within that period after having opportunity to inspect a product we are satisfied that it is faulty as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship you may return the product to us for an exchange or refund of the price of the product. You must provide us with the original invoice, despatch note or other proof of purchase.
