Introducing the Tudor Heritage Black Bay collection
The impressive Tudor range has just got a whole lot bigger with four new models added to the popular Heritage family.
The new models, can be pre-ordered in our Hull and Harrogate stores, meaning you’ll be amongst the first to get your hands on them when they’re finally release to the public.
Until then, here’s a rundown of the new models...
With a nod to the maritime history, the Black Bay Bronze follows the major trend for 2016. The impressive 43mm bronze case houses an all-new mechanical movement and maintains the classic divers’ styling with a dome dial and crystal harking back to the 1950s. The Black Bay Bronze comes on a leather strap but also includes a woven jacquard strap.
The Heritage Black Bay Dark comes in Matt Black steel and features a prominent winding crown. The angular hands, known as “snowflake”, are borrowed from the TUDOR watches used by the French National Navy in the 1970s. This model comes with a stainless steel strap with a matte black PVD-coating, developed by NASA for the space programmes and also another strap in Jacquard fabric.
First introduced in 2012, the Heritage Black Bay has been updated to give a more contemporary feel to this TUDOR classic. The new Tudor in house movement features a 70-hour power reserve so you can wear it all weekend before having to wind it. Waterproof to a depth of 200m and available in red, blue or black, this watch is both practical and stylish.
And the Black Bay 36 rounds out the collection. Featuring a 36mm stainless steel case, this model retains the general lines for the collection but reduces the proportions making it perfect for slimmer wrist or for those looking for more formal option. Fashionable and sporty, it features a fixed smooth bezel, a shiny black polished dial and the iconic snowflake hand design.
