Shopping with us is simple and secure. Order online by adding your items to the basket and checking out using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, or V12 Finance (for eligible purchases).

Royal Mail Tracked (1–3 working days): Free on orders under £200.
Royal Mail Express (1–2 working days): £5.95 or free on orders over £200.
Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) ship the same day; others dispatch the next working day. Made-to-order rings may take longer (up to 3–5 weeks). UK delivery only.
Returns:
Return unworn items in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Exclusions apply (e.g., earrings, personalised items, gift cards). Use the prepaid Royal Mail label or return in-store. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt.
