Given the recent government announcements and efforts to help slow the COVID-19 outbreak, as of 22nd March 2020 all of our Hugh Rice and Luxe by Hugh Rice stores are temporarily closed. This includes the Hull, Harrogate and Beverley branches of Hugh Rice and the Hull and Beverley branches of Luxe by Hugh Rice.

Please be assured our website and dispatch departments follow strict hygiene practices, to help control the spread.

Please be aware, delays of 1-2 working days can be expected on all orders.

Express Delivery is no longer guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm the next working day.

We cannnot currently guarantee orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday with Royal Mail Express Delivery we be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day*.
We will attmept to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, however please be aware that during this time the processing time may be extended.

Due to the current circumstances, for any purchases made after 23rd March 2020, we have extended our returns period to 90 days.
Please ensure it is unworn and in its original packaging, and we will provide a full refund or exchange (this excludes Gi­ft Cards, personalised and bespoke items unless they are faulty).

*As of 19 March 2020, the Royal Mail do not guarantee deliveries by 1pm the next working day.
