The Specialities Olympic Games Gold Collection is inspired by the triumphant gold medals of the Olympic Games. Crafted from 18 carat Sedna™ gold, the round, 39.5 mm case contains an eggshell white enamel dial. Adorned with Sedna™ gold applied indexes and leaf-shaped hour and minute hands, a slim seconds hand and a seconds counter surrounding the inner rim. Finished with the iconic, distinctively vintage OMEGA logo and branding, all protected with a domed, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass cover. The case is presented on a textured, brown leather strap and secures to the wrist with a tang buckle fastening, for the ultimate comfort and easy release. At the heart of this stunning timepiece is the OMEGA 8807 calibre, self-winding movement with a co-axial escapement, Certified Master Chronometer resistant to magnetic fields reaching 15,000 gauss, a free sprung-balance with a silicon balance spring, automatic winding in both directions and an impressive power reserve of 55 hours. On the case back, there is an 18 ct Sedna™ gold ring, which includes all known host cities and dates from OMEGA’s Olympic Games journey, from Los Angeles 1932 up to Los Angeles 2028. The splash-proof water resistance is ideal for every day wear, ensuring this modern take on a classic design meets your work to weekend needs, with its iconic construction and clean aesthetic.
