Combining the queen of the racetrack - the chronograph - with the brand's aquatic heritage which is represented by the Black Bay family, results in a sporty, water resistant timepiece with a distinctive touch of nostalgia and the spirit of land and sea. Introducing the Black Bay Chrono S&G, brought to you from the experts at TUDOR. The main characteristics are retained in its slim 41 mm round stainless steel case which is equipped with the Black Bay essentials - a domed black dial coupled by gold accents found on the hands and hour markers which are painted luminescent for high visibility in dark waters. Adopting the iconic TUDOR snowflake hands and mixed indexes, the dial is completed by two chronograph sub-dials - a small seconds counter at 9 o'clock and a 45-minute counter at 3 o'clock. A date aperture is located at 6 o'clock, a golden seconds tracker surrounds the outer edge and the TUDOR logo and branding ensures the stamp of quality. The domed sapphire crystal glass protects the dial and is framed by the fixed yellow-gold bezel with a black aluminium disc and tachymetric scale. The yellow-gold screw-down winding crown and pushers are inspired by the first generation of TUDOR chronographs. Finished with a colour co-ordinating S&G (steel and gold) bracelet with a satin-brushed look and a folding clasp with safety catch for a secure fit on the wrist. The automatic Calibre MT5813 that drives the Black Bay Chrono model is certified as a chronometer by the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC), it's a self-winding mechanical movement with a bidirectional rotor system and an impressive 70-hour power reserve. Waterproof up to 200 metres, the Black Bay Chrono dares to combine sea and land functions together in one elegant, yet sporty chronograph.
