The workshop has always been at the heart of Hugh Rice the Jewellers. In fact, we were initially established in 1971 as a clock and watch repairers by founder Hugh, after he trained at the department store Carmichael’s. And when his brother Mike joined him in 1974 as an apprentice jeweller, both jewellery and watch services became part of our heritage.
We continue to provide an abundance of services for jewellery and watches from the Service and Design departments in our Hull and Harrogate stores. The care they provide unrivalled; operated by consummate professionals, our in-house jewellers and watch technicians are eager to share their expertise.
Our Hull store holds the prestigious Official Rolex Service Centre status which authorises us to issue the Rolex 2-year international service guarantee in-house.
