How does finance work?
We offer finance on all orders over £300*. Add your items to your basket as normal and head to the checkout once you’re done. Providing your order total is over £300, you’ll be given the option to Pay by Finance. Select this option and you’ll be directed to the application page with our partner V12 Retail Finance. Following their on-screen instructions, you’ll be prompted to enter your details and subjected to a credit check.
A decision will be made, by V12 Retail Finance, and if approved you’ll need to sign an electronic agreement and pay a minimum 10% deposit to complete your order.
What do I need to apply?
When you choose to Pay by Finance, you’ll need the following to complete an application:
An email address
- The card details for your Direct Debit
Are there any limitations?
To apply, you must:
Be 18 or older
Be a UK resident for 3 years or more
Be able to make regular repayments by Direct Debit
Be in regular employment (at least 16 hours a week), including self-employment. Or in a permanent residence with your spouse/partner who's in regular employment**
Have a debit card or credit card in your name and registered to your address, and have a bank or building society current account
Other conditions may apply, and we can’t guarantee your application will be accepted.
What are my finance options?
Our most popular choice allows you to buy now and spread the cost up to 4 years* without paying a single penny of interest.
For those items that are not eligible for Interest Free including smartwatches and sale items, we do offer a Classic Credit with a low interest rate of 9.9% APR.
Can I spread the repayments over any length of time?
Dependent on the value of your order, the following repayment terms are available:

How long does it the application take?
The application should only take a few minutes to complete, after which you’ll need to wait for your decision.
How long will it take to get a decision?
90% of applications are given an answer instantly, the other 10% may need to go to our provider V12 Retail Finance for additional review. If your decision is referred to V12, we will contact them on your behalf to ensure the process is as quick as possible.
I’ve been approved, what next?
You should receive confirmation of approval from V12 Retail Finance. Your final step is to electronically sign your agreement and pay the deposit so we can process your order.
When will I receive my order?
We will process your order once your finance application has been approved by V12 Retail Finance, and we have received confirmation from them that your agreement has been signed. Please see our Orders, Delivery and Returns page for further details.
Can I use Click & Collect or send my order to a different address?
For our security and yours, your finance order must be delivered to your billing address only. This will need to be the same address on your application.
Can I apply for finance in-store?
Yes, the same finance options are available in-store as online.
Can I cancel my agreement?
Yes. If you’ve already received your order you will be liable to return it in an as-new condition or pay for it in full (unless your cancellation rights apply).
When do I pay the deposit?
You’ll only pay the deposit once you have an approved application and you’ve signed your agreement.
Will I get my deposit back if I cancel?
If you cancel after paying your deposit, you’ll get it back in full on the card you paid within 3-5 working days.
When do my repayments begin?
When choosing Interest Free Credit or Classic Credit, your repayments will begin 1 month after your order has been dispatched. Details of this date will be provided by V12 Retail Finance when you enter the agreement with them.
What if my application is declined?
If your application is declined, you can still buy the item in full via PayPal or with a valid credit or debit card.
Your application may be declined for several reasons, including:
You don’t meet the eligibility criteria
You have an adverse credit history
Your credit score
You’re considered to be overcommitted financially
Your existing account performance with other lenders
You miss-typed information
If you want to appeal the decision, make sure you have an up to date copy of your credit report before appealing directly to V12 Retail Finance. Due to data protection, all customer appeals must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. For more advice, call V12 on 02920 468916.
What is V12 Retail Finance?
V12 Retail Finance are our third-party finance provider. If your finance application is successful, you’ll enter into a credit agreement with Secure Trust Bank Plc (V12’s parent company), which will be administered by V12.
V12 Retail Finance have provided online finance options for more than 20 years.
V12 is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Secure Trust Bank Plc is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority under registration number 204550.
*Please note smartwatches, sale and pre-owned products are not eligible for Interest Free, however Classic Credit is available. We reserve the right to withdraw finance on certain products at any time.
**If you’re retired and receive a pension, or are registered disabled and unable to work, V12 Retail Finance may ask for proof of income.
