OMEGA's Seamaster Aqua Terra has always provided the perfect balance between sophistication and ocean spirit. In the new collection some of the most popular features have been enhanced or subtly transformed to give the timepieces a refreshing new look. A tribute to OMEGA's rich maritime heritage, this bestselling Seamaster Aqua Terra is the perfect yachtsman’s companion. The 41mm steel case is finished with an aquatic navy-blue dial, distinguished by a horizontal teak-inspired pattern, resembling the deck of a luxury sailboat. Expertly crafted from polished-brushed stainless steel and 18CT Sedna Gold, the round 41MM case is adorned with a silvery sun-brushed dial with a horizontal “teak” pattern inspired by the wooden decks of luxury sailboats, which is a signature feature of these models. Keeping track of the hours, minutes and seconds are facetted hands in 18K Sedna™ gold, filled with white Super-LumiNova, for high visibility in the dark. A date aperture is located at the 6 o'clock position and a minute track frames the outer edge of the dial. Complete with the iconic OMEGA Seamaster branding and protected with a scratch-resistant, domed sapphire crystal glass cover with an anti-reflective treatment on both sides. The case back is crafted from sapphire crystal that offers a view of the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8900 with a wave-edged design. The co-ordinating three link steel and Sedna Gold bracelet is complete with a push-button deployment clasp, for a secure and comfortable fit. This timepiece is powered by OMEGA’s Master Chronometer Calibre 8900, certified at the industry’s highest standard by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS). With an impressive 60-hour power reserve and a water resistance of 150m, it's perfect for everyday wear. This simple and modest model will stand the test of time, it's simplicity at its finest, from case to bracelet. Named after Sedna, an orbiting planetoid that has been described as one of the reddest in the solar system, Sedna Gold not only bears all the standard characteristics of other 18CT golds, but it also offers high resistance to the fading of colour and lustre over time.
