Breitling are pleased to present the Top Time Ford Mustang –paying homage to classic sports cars from the 1960s – the collection is designed for men who live and love an adventurous everyday life. Drawing inspiration from the Chevrolet Corvette, Ford Mustang and Shelby Cobra, the timepieces are a nod to the original 1960s Breitling Top Time models, which were designed for “young and active professionals”. Youthful, dynamic, and disruptive, the Top Time Ford Mustang features a round, 42 MM case which has been expertly crafted from satin-brushed and polished stainless steel. Inside, features include three black chronograph sub-dials set against the vibrant green dial, with 1/8th of a second chronograph, 30-second, 15-minute and 6-hour totalizers. Subtle orange and yellow details highlight the three-hands for hours, minutes and chronograph seconds, and steel indexes mark each hour, set with a luminescent filling for high visibility in darker climates. A tachymeter scale surrounds the outer edge of the dial, the iconic Breitling branding ensures the stamp of quality and it's all protected by a convex sapphire crystal glass, glare-proofed on both sides. The highly polished non-screw-locked crown and two pushers complete the case, and it’s paired with a brown racing calfskin leather strap - known for its softness and ability to look good over time. Finished with a steel folding clasp for a secure and comfortable fit on the wrist. It houses a COSC-certified Breitling Calibre B25 chronograph movement, with 38 jewels, 28,800 vibrations per hour and an impressive 42-hour power reserve.
