Royal Mail Tracked (1–3 working days): Free on orders under £200.
Royal Mail Express (1–2 working days): £5.95 or free on orders over £200.
Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) ship the same day; others dispatch the next working day. Made-to-order rings may take longer (up to 3–5 weeks). UK delivery only.

Returns:

Return unworn items in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Exclusions apply (e.g., earrings, personalised items, gift cards). Use the prepaid Royal Mail label or return in-store. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt.
