In 1954, the reference 7922 was released, today the Black Bay 54 recalls this model with a 37MM case and a Manufacture Calibre. As a faithful reinterpretation of early TUDOR diving watches, the new Black Bay offerings have been designed for both men and women, refining the iconic aesthetics, clean lines, and a new case size. Beautifully crafted, this stainless-steel model is complete with a small-midsized 37MM case, a smart black dial and finished with the perfect contrast of golden indexes and hands for an elegant touch - all set with a vintage cream luminescent fill for high visibility in dark climates. It borrows the characteristic angular hands known to collectors as “Snowflake” from models that appeared in the brand’s 1969 catalogue. Finished with the TUDOR branding at 12 o'clock, it's all protected by a flat sapphire crystal glass cover. In addition to the seductive curves, the unidirectional black bezel and screw-down winding crown with TUDOR Rose complete the overall look. Housed within is the automatic Calibre MT5400 movement, providing an impressive 70-hour power reserve, it has a five-year brand transferable guarantee and it's waterproof up to 200M (660 ft) which is ideal for everyday wear.
